Synopsis for "Child of Tomorrow"

In 1971 atomic war breaks out and the people who survive the blasts eventually die from the radiation. A man who was shielded by being down in a mine attempts to find his wife who was due to give birth. He encounters a group of friendly mutants who reveal that they are the children of those who died from the radiation. The mutants warn him that two-headed mutants are violently insane. The man returns to his house and is attacked by a two-headed mutant. After he shoots it, when he looks at the heads resembling him and his wife, he realizes he has killed his own child.
